Bautista Mihura is the Managing Partner and dedicated entrepreneur behind Soroa Capital. Born and raised in Tandil, Argentina.
Bautista began his career at Mastercard Data & Services in Chile, where he worked as a strategy consultant on large-scale infrastructure and commercial strategy projects. He later joined Meta’s Global Business Group as an Account Manager, managing a portfolio of large SMEs across Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Peru. In this role, he worked directly with founders and CEOs to drive growth through data-driven go-to-market strategies, building deep exposure to regional operating realities and founder-led businesses.
He brings first-hand experience in the search fund and ETA ecosystem. Bautista worked with Cornisa Capital and Ambit Partners, supporting due diligence processes on live opportunities in Chile and gaining investor-side exposure to the model. Most recently, he supported a full-time proprietary search with Netherwood Capital Partners in Argentina, participating end to end in sourcing, founder outreach, screening, valuation , and live diligence.
Bautista holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) and an MBA from Duke University.
